Anthony proposes to elucidate molecular mechanisms by which the MS lesion environment inhibits oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation. Ultimately, shedding light on these poorly understood signaling pathways will enable us to develop novel therapeutic agents that promote remyelination in MS lesions.
